J&D Quality Smash Repairs is an Australian owned family business founded in 1996 specializing in Automotive Smash Repairs. We strive to provide the best customer service while using the most recent repair techniques.
We are currently seeking Casual Car Detailers to join our team of professionals.
The role will be supporting our operations team doing the following:
- Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in accordance to the business standards
- Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums and other equipment to meet service expectations.
- Performing final checks according to the quality control checklists
- Moving and parking vehicles, collecting, and delivering vehicles to as required

What do you need to be successful?
- High attention to detail
- Paint correction experience (preferred)
- Experience in similar within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication skills – verbal
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise job duties.
- To be eager to develop your skills.
- Flexibility & a can-do attitude
- Experience on all vehicles with a focus on quality workmanship
- To be honest & reliable
- To work as part of a team
- Open manual driver’s licence required.
- To be available Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm and to work extra hours as dictated by the business demands.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Ceramic coating experience (preferred)
