Established in 1996 and located in Murarrie, we are an Australian owned and run family business with more than 25 years history providing customers with specialised Automotive Smash Repairs.
We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Service & Administration Assistant to join a dynamic team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Client & Administration Services Manager, duties include but are not limited to:
- Reception and customer service tasks such as greeting, welcoming, and directing customers as appropriate.
- Answering incoming calls and referring inquiries to the appropriate person
- Liaising with insurance companies and assessors as required
- Calendar and vehicle bookings management using our iBodyShop system.
- Data entry and maintenance of company directories
- Accounts Payable & Account Receivable functions as directed by the Accountant.
- Dealing with company suppliers as required
- Assisting the Management team with the organisation of the business social activities
- Collection & drop off customer vehicles when required.
- Other reasonable duties or projects not listed above as directed by the management team.
Full time : $30 – $35 per hour

- Excellent verbal, written communication, and telephone skills
- To be customer focused with experience in customer service with a warm and professional style.
- Can do attitude with the ability to handle pressure and in a busy environment.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Must be confident using excel, word and outlook & XERO.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a small team environment and work autonomously.
- Flexibility & Can-do attitude

- Open manual driver’s licence a plus but not a requirement
